Private-hire enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we securely store your name, preferred date, occasion and guest count so the pub can respond and manage the booking. The form also opens WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms.

Event sign-ups

When you join an event signup sheet, we securely store your name and phone number so the pub can manage the player list and contact you about that event. These details are visible only in the private admin area and are not used for marketing.

Newsletter

If you join the mailing list, we store your email address and consent. Marketing exports include a personal unsubscribe link so you can opt out.

Anonymous statistics

We count page views and contact-button use to understand which parts of the website are useful. These records do not include your name, email address or message content, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Owner administration

Supabase securely provides owner sign-in and stores website content. The owner area is restricted to the authorised owner account.
